The content of cellulose is about 70%; The sulfur content is much lower than that of coal; The fuel density is high, which is convenient for storage and transportation; The products have many shapes and specifications and are widely used; Its calorific value is equivalent to that of medium coal, and its combustion speed is more than 11% faster than that of coal; There are few kinds and low concentrations of air pollutants, and even can achieve zero emission of CO2 after fuel combustion; Burning solid waste can be recycled as organic fertilizer to realize comprehensive utilization of resources.
In order to reduce air pollution, many countries have banned burning high sulfur coal. As a new energy product to replace coal, electricity, oil and gas, biological particles and wood particles will have a good market both at home and abroad and have a good prospect.
4、 The characteristics of biomass fuel combustion are as follows
Firstly, high temperature zone can be formed rapidly, and the combustion state of laminar combustion, gasification combustion and suspension combustion can be maintained stably. The flue gas can stay in the high temperature furnace for a long time. After multiple oxygen distribution, the combustion is sufficient and the fuel utilization rate is high, which can fundamentally solve the problem of black smoke emission;
