It is worth mentioning that in recent years, Chongqing has accumulated a lot of experience in importing timber through strategic channels such as the China Europe train (Chongqing Xinou) and the rail sea intermodal train through the western land sea channel, which has laid a solid foundation for the successful operation of the timber trade port in Western China in the future. The two sides said that they would rely on the channel advantages of China Europe train to build a comprehensive platform of Chengdu Chongqing timber supply chain with three-dimensional transportation network advantages of public rail and water.
So, what will the timber trade port in Western China bring to Banan and Chongqing in the future?
1、 Promote the upgrading of furniture industry in Banan and broaden the cooperation fields between Chongqing and ASEAN

Many people with lofty ideals in Banan place their hope on the timber trade port in Western China.
